Grief, Loss & Change

When you suffer grief and loss it can feel so overwhelming.  Grief can happen for many different reasons, bereaved of a loved one, leaving a home, loss of a job, relationship, pet and generally dealing with a loss alongside the demands of your changed circumstances can be very demanding and overwhelming.  Whether we are grieving for a loved one or for a time in our lives that has passed, each loss we face brings with it an element of change. 

The intensity of grief can impact so severely there’s a feeling that it will never end. This is perfectly natural. Phases of grief include shock, sadness, anger, loneliness, guilt, disbelief, distress, despair, fear, acceptance and resolution until you finally feel ready and prepared to re-engage in the world  Grief can become an even more of a cause for concern if it continues long term.  If you are going through high states of emotional anxiety and low states of depression, you could be grieving.

 How Can Hypnotherapy Help?
